After an exciting game of Human Battleship at Family Home Evening with other singles in my ward, my roommate and I went to a gym called Fitness 19.
It is a pretty neat little place. There are a lot of machines and weights to help sculpt and tone the body. Sometimes mine feels a little like playdough, but I do my best to mold something out of it. I worked out for 45 min. on the elliptical and then 15 min. of the treadmill. I am tired, but I think I feel good. One of the most fun things to do is watch the personal TV screens on several machines. I love flipping through the channels as I try to maintain my balance on the equipment. I know that sooner or later my button pushing will throw me off balance and I will the comic relief to the entire gym by lying on the floor next to the elliptical. Ha ha. It would be pretty funny though.
So my ultimate goal is to slim down and tone up. I am currently XXX pounds and I wish to be YYY pounds. As you can see it is less then the first amount. (you know x comes before y in the alphabet, hence the smaller poundage.....right?!)
Well anyway you look at it, I would like to be smaller than I am now. They say the first few weeks are the hardest right. So all I have to do is get past the first few weeks. Wish me luck.

If X comes before Y then wouldn't going to a Y weight be a larger number? Anyway, I understand what you're trying to say. I too just started working out and it does feel great.
I worked out again today, but now my muscles are sore. They say that day 3 is the hardest right. Or is it day 4?
