When something sounds fun.....

So my family said "Hey want to do something fun? Let's shingle the roof!"

Yay! I thought (in a somewhat none enthusiastic way)

Secretly I was a little thrilled. I mean who hasn't ever wanted to climb on a roof and swing a hammer. Plus you get to bang on the house as loudly as you can and no one complains. So I grabbed my hammer and climbed the ladder early this morning. I went to work............


Ya.....not as much fun as you might think...............the end result is that I am completely and utterly tire....no make that exhausted!

I hurt all over. We just barely stopped at 6 pm. this evening with no break in the middle.

The sad this is that we aren't finished yet.
